Sup-Backend- ECommerce -Domestic BusinessAs a Deputy Manager for our ECommerce Domestic Business, you will be responsible for overseeing the backend operations of our online business. This includes managing inventory, implementing digital marketing strategies, and ensuring the smooth running of our ecommerce platform. You will be expected to demonstrate strong business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, a global mindset, and people excellence. Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication skills, and the ability to oversee projects are also key to this role.

Principal Accountabilities

Oversee and manage the inventory of our ecommerce platform, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and updated accurately.Implement and manage digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and improve customer engagement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our ecommerce platform.Use your business and commercial acumen to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within our online business.Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit in driving new initiatives and projects that will contribute to the success of our ecommerce platform.Foster a global mindset within the team, encouraging the consideration of international trends and practices in our domestic operations.Promote people excellence within the team, ensuring that all team members are motivated, engaged, and performing at their best.Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for inventory management and data analysis.Excellent communication skills to liaise with different departments, stakeholders, and customers.Oversee and manage projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.Regularly review and analyze the performance of our ecommerce platform, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.Stay updated on the latest ecommerce trends and technologies, implementing them as appropriate to improve our operations.
