Student Support Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic Student Support Manager to manage and support the academic journey of students enrolled in our essential batches. The Student Coordinator will act as a vital bridge between students and mentors, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the student lifecycle—from onboarding to course completion.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will play a key part in facilitating academic coordination, monitoring progress, and creating an engaging and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:1. Batch & Mentor Coordination

• Serve as the primary liaison between students and mentors for assigned batches.
• Schedule classes, assessments, and mentorship sessions, ensuring timely communication.
• Track mentor performance and gather student feedback for continuous improvement.
• Share mentor updates, course changes, or batch rescheduling promptly with students.

2. Student Lifecycle Management

• Facilitate student onboarding and orientation sessions.
• Maintain updated student records, attendance, and academic performance.

3. Engagement & Support

• Identify at-risk students and coordinate interventions to improve retention.
• Organize academic or soft-skill support sessions based on student needs.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student performance and issues.
• Provide weekly/monthly batch performance reports to the academic head.
• Record all communications and interventions in the student tracking system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
