Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and course content in line with industry standards.Conduct classroom sessions, practical labs, and project guidance with a student-centered approach.Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback and mentorship.Stay updated with the latest BIM trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve training quality.Collaborate with the academic and operations team to ensure seamless training delivery.Organize workshops, review sessions, and industry interaction programs
