Store Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management Maintain accurate stock records of all raw materials (ply, laminate, hardware, adhesives, polish, fabrics, etc.) and finished goods. Track daily inward and outward entries through system or manual logs. Ensure all materials are properly tagged, stored, and labelled. Store Control Issue materials only against approved indents or job cards. Refuse or flag any verbal or unauthorized material movement. Check for damaged or incorrect items during delivery and report immediately. Integrity & Compliance Must show 100% honesty and discipline. No loose entries, backdated entries, or side issues will be tolerated. Be ready for surprise audits and weekly stock checks. Report any misuse or stock mismatch immediately to management. Coordination & Reporting Share daily stock reports with management. Coordinate with purchase team for low stock alerts. Prepare and submit monthly stock reports and GRN documentation. Skills & Knowledge Required: Basic knowledge of furniture factory materials – plywood types, hardware, fittings, polish, etc. Good in manual record keeping or basic Excel/ERP software. Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. Strong moral character and zero tolerance for manipulation.
