Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Machine Operation Set up and operate Nesting CNC for sheet cutting of plywood, MDF, and laminates. Operate 5-Axis CNC for complex curved or shaped furniture parts. Load and secure materials correctly before starting the job. Program Loading Load and run pre-approved programs shared by CNC Programmer or Designer. Select correct tools and bits based on job requirements. Measurement & Accuracy Use measuring tape, calipers, and gauges to check dimensions after each job. Ensure output matches drawing specifications and finish quality is clean. Daily Maintenance Clean the machine at the start and end of each shift. Lubricate moving parts as per maintenance checklist. Report any issues or breakdowns immediately to maintenance team. Documentation Maintain logbook of jobs completed, tool usage, and any rework or errors. Follow job sheet and mark finished parts clearly for next department. Safety & Discipline Follow all safety protocols and PPE rules. Keep work area clean and organized. Operate machines only after training and under supervision if needed.
