Job Description

Key Skills Required: Must be able to make continuous procurement calls to follow up on material requirements, pricing, and delivery timelines. Must have strong vendor coordination skills – including negotiating rates, following up on dispatches, and tracking delivery status. Should be able to prepare and maintain purchase orders, GRNs, and vendor records accurately. Must know basic Excel for updating purchase tracking sheets. Must be proactive, reliable, and able to follow up without reminders. Should understand basic materials used in furniture factories like plywood, laminates, hardware, adhesives, etc.
