With a production-driven environment and high monthly dispatch volume, we are seeking an experienced and responsible Warehouse / Store Manager to lead our warehouse operations efficiently and systematically. Key Responsibilities✅ Warehouse & Store Management Take complete ownership of all warehouse operations including inward, storage, dispatch, and documentation. Maintain accurate stock levels both physically and in the system (Tally ERP). Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations. Storage Planning & Space Optimization Strategically plan the storage layout for efficient material handling. Monitor proper stacking, segregation, and labeling of materials. Minimize material handling time and optimize space utilization. Dispatch & Logistics Monitoring Oversee and verify all dispatches based on sales orders and delivery schedules. Ensure timely and error-free delivery coordination with logistics teams. Verify dispatch documents – DCs, invoices, and PODs. 🧾 System & Documentation Operate and update inventory in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime. Generate reports such as stock summaries, material movement registers, and inward/outward registers. Ensure documentation compliance for audits. Team Supervision & Training Lead and supervise warehouse staff (including loaders, pickers, and store assistants). Train junior store staff on proper procedures, Tally usage, safety, and discipline. Assign daily responsibilities and monitor work efficiency. Safety & Security Ensure safety measures are followed in warehouse premises. Safeguard materials from damage, theft, or misplacement. Implement FIFO/LIFO practices as applicable. Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience as an Assistant Store In-Charge or Store In-Charge in a manufacturing/engineering industry. Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime is mandatory. Strong understanding of inventory management, inward/outward documentation, and dispatch workflows. Familiar with Excel, barcode/manual inventory tracking. Excellent coordination, communication, and team-handling skills. Ability to manage both physical stock and system stock efficiently. Preferred Qualities Attention to detail and record accuracy. Leadership mindset with good discipline enforcement. Ability to work under pressure and handle high-value dispatches. Willingness to improve systems and train others
