Sr. Tender Executive

We are looking for Tender Manager with minimum of 5 years experience in Design Consultancy (Road and Highways).

Responsibilities:

• Tender Identification and Analysis: Researching and identifying potential tender opportunities, and analyzing tender documents to understand requirements and compliance obligations.
• Proposal Development: Coordinating with internal teams (e.g., sales, technical, legal, finance) to gather necessary information and develop compelling and compliant proposals.
• Tender Submission: Managing the timely and accurate submission of all required documentation, often through online portals or other designated channels.
• Compliance: Ensuring that all tender submissions adhere to the specific requirements and regulations outlined in the tender documentation.
• Negotiation: Participating in negotiations with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the tendering process.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking the progress of tenders, monitoring market trends, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as win rate and bid margin.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of all tender-related documentation, correspondence, and outcomes.
• Strategy Development: Contributing to the development and implementation of bidding strategies to maximize success in winning tenders.
• Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in the tendering process and implementing best practices.

• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the Design Consultancy for MORTH or NHAI
• relevant to the tenders
