Media Milestone is a boutique PR and communication agency focused on the luxury architecture, interior design, and lifestyle space. We offer integrated brand communications, social media strategy, influencer marketing, content creation, and digital amplification for some of the most aspirational brands in India.

Role Purpose

We are looking for a highly creative and proactive Senior Social Media Executive to lead the content and engagement strategy for Media Milestone and our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong aesthetic sense, hands-on graphic design abilities, and a flair for digital storytelling that aligns with premium and design-centric brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning
• Design and implement tailored social media strategies for each client, focusing on growth, engagement, and brand voice.
• Understand brand guidelines and translate them into consistent, engaging social media content.
• Content Creation & Graphic Design
• Develop monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
• Design static creatives, Instagram reels covers, stories, and carousel posts using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
• Ensure all designs are visually aligned with the luxury/lifestyle space.
• Brief and collaborate with photographers and videographers when needed.
• Social Media Management
• Handle posting, scheduling, and publishing across all key platforms—Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts/Reels.
• Write polished and well-structured captions, tags, and CTAs to enhance reach and engagement.
• Community & Engagement
• Respond to DMs, comments, and engage with the audience to build an active and authentic community.
• Stay attuned to platform updates and viral trends; incorporate relevant content formats.
• Influencer & Paid Collaborations
• Plan and manage influencer tie-ups and paid campaign promotions to increase visibility and conversion.
• Coordinate barter or paid partnerships aligned with the brand image.
• Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor campaign performance using platform insights and third-party tools.
• Share monthly reports with key metrics, insights, and optimization strategies.
• Client Coordination
• Interact with clients to present plans, take briefs, and get timely approvals.
• Coordinate internally with PR and content teams for integrated communication strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a social media role, preferably within an agency or lifestyle/luxury brand.
• Proven experience in graphic design for digital platforms (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Skilled at writing aesthetically pleasing, on-brand captions and creating cohesive grids.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
