Sr. Social Media Executive

We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our brand’s presence across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving engagement, increasing brand awareness, managing content strategy, and overseeing campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals
• Manage daily activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
• Lead content creation planning (posts, stories, reels, videos) in collaboration with content and design teams
• Supervise and guide the social media team or content contributors
• Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to adapt strategies
• Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and create detailed reports
• Manage social media advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Coordinate influencer partnerships and brand collaborations
• Engage with the community and respond to messages and comments in a timely, brand-appropriate manner
• Maintain brand consistency and voice across all platforms

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in social media management
• Strong knowledge of major social platforms, algorithms, and content formats
• Experience with social media tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, LinkedIn Analytics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
