Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to oversee and manage various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, performance management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation, and a proactive approach to ensuring a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Implement and ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
• Handle employee relations, address grievances, and support conflict resolution.
• Assist in performance evaluation processes and probation reviews.
• Oversee payroll coordination and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance department.
• Conduct training and development initiatives for employee upskilling.
• Support the management in strategic planning for HR initiatives and workforce development.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
• Organize and support employee engagement programs and activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Proven 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a mid-size to large organization.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor law, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Salary: Based on experience and qualifications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
