Role and Responsibilities :

- 100% completion of FAT as per FAT Procedure (Including fitting of all parts to Unit)

- Random / Sampling Verification of inspections work of other QC team mates.

- Planning of TPI / IBR / Customer based on planning received from Production Planner.

- Ensure Creation of all inspection related documents & filling of same.

- Ensure smooth inspection procedure of Company .

- Tracking of Open points received during TPI / IBR inspection. Also, closure of open points.

- Ensure Accuracy of all reports generated.

- Ensure following of ITP & Approve procedure.

- Checking and verification of dimension and inspection reports.

- Verification of ERP related entries in the system and making revised entries wherever required.

- Checking of all necessary reports / documents related to work stations with as-built & keeping records of it, if any documents missing then ensure it’s added as required

- Ensure Generation Of NC & also Generate NCs related to own Work / responsibility allotted.

- Entry Of Work Station Wise Clearance In ERP.

- In case of major rejection / Modification, change CDS / TDC with help of Sr. Engineer (Naroda).

- Ensure Quality up to standard of all Jobs / Parts. ( This should be approved Drawing)

Random Spot Inspection of Jobs and Ensure following of SOP at all stage.
