Responsibilities:

• Check the order transmittal and approve it. Revision, prepare OT copy and submit to CPG commercial for order punch.
• Understand the customer's requirements in coordination with the salesperson.
• Prepare techno-commercial offers for the CPG product range and submit them to the salesperson within the specified timeframe.
• Prepare the scope matrix as per the final confirmation.
• Prepare the order confirmation.
• Check the order transmittal and approve it.
• Assist the salesperson onsite with technical data and prepare documentation and TQ resolution from HO.
• Visit client sites for technical clarifications if required (generally 1 to 2 visits per month with the salesperson/client).
• Conduct online meetings via Teams, Zoom, etc., with the salesperson and client for technical clarifications.

Documentation:

• Maintain the offer register as per the specified format.
• Maintain the order confirmation register as per the specified format.
• Maintain and update the Price matrix / Selectors / Configurator / Part code setup as per given data within deadline.
• Maintain CRM data with technical offers.
• Maintain techno-commercial offers as per the updates confirmed in the selection.
• Maintain revisions for each technical offer as per the minutes of the meeting (MOM) provided by the salesperson.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
