Job Description – Accounts Executive Job Title Accounts Executive Location Rajhans Montessa, Dumas Road Reports To Senior Accountant Job Timings : 9:00-7:00 Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in audit processes, GST filings, TDS compliance, and strong familiarity with Zoho Books or any other cloud-based accounting software. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting audits, managing tax compliance, and assisting in day-to-day financial operations. Key Responsibilities · Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and journals. · Handle day-to-day accounting transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments. · Ensure accurate and timely GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.). · Prepare and file TDS returns and handle TDS reconciliation. · Assist in internal and statutory audits by preparing audit schedules and providing required documentation. · Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flows. · Manage accounts payable and receivable, follow up on outstanding payments. · Generate and analyze financial reports from Zoho Books or similar accounting platforms. · Maintain compliance with statutory regulations, accounting standards, and internal financial policies. · Support in monthly/quarterly/year-end closing activities. · Reconcile vendor and customer accounts periodically. · Liaise with CA firms and tax consultants when necessary. Required Skills and Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent). · 2+ years of experience in accounting roles, especially in audit, GST, and TDS. · Proficiency in Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks, or any similar accounting software. · Sound knowledge of Indian taxation laws and accounting principles. · Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. · Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines. · Good communication and interpersonal skills. · Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and Google Sheets. Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) · Experience working in a mid-size or fast-growing organization. · Familiarity with e-Invoicing and e-Way bills. · Exposure to Zoho suite beyond Books (e.g., Zoho Payroll, Zoho Expense). · Knowledge of ROC compliance and basic understanding of company law.
