Qualifications:

• Good Product Knowledge, Troubleshooting, Excellent Verbal and written Communication, Customer Service
• Basic query writing in both SQL and NoSQL(Mongo DB) will help
• 1 to 4 years experience

Willing to work in 24/5 Rotational Shifts (Includes Night Shift).
