Your Tasks

  • Take over critical issues that cannot be effectively handled with current processes.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Propose and develop solutions to address identified E2E process inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, department heads, and employees at all levels to gather input, feedback, and insights to build consensus for process improvement initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team by promoting awareness and engagement.
  • Provide training ensuring that employees have the skills and knowledge needed to team members and employees across the organization.
  • Track and report on the progress of improvement initiatives and their impact on KPIs.
  • Support with site turnover activities.
  • Assists in Cost of Energy (CoE) activities as directed.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Qualification in Bachelor’s degree / Master Degree
  • Minimum of 6-8 yrs experience in Material Management , Tactical procurement
  • Proven experience in import & Export handling
  • Strong analytical and data manipulation skills in Excel & should able to understand technical background
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and should be Strong multitasking skills
  • Good stakeholder management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Well-founded thinking in SAP structures complements your profile.
  • Several years of experience as Material Manager or Tactical Buyer with proven abilities managing suppliers.
  • Knowledge of planning, supply management, warehouse management, and 3PL management as well as process management.
  • Project management skills to effectively support to plan, execute, and monitor improvement projects.
  • Additional languages viz German / Spanish / French is good-to-have
