Job Title: Special Educator Location: Active Learning Child Development Centre – Sector 46, Noida Job Type: Full-Time Working Hours: 9:30AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (Freshers with strong passion are also encouraged to apply) Qualification: B.Ed. in Special Education / Diploma in Special Education (RCI Registered) About Us: At Active Learning Child Development Centre, we are dedicated to providing multidisciplinary early intervention and pediatric rehabilitation services for children with developmental delays, cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorders, learning difficulties, and various neurological and orthopedic conditions. Role Summary: We are looking for a passionate and skilled Special Educator who can assess, plan, and deliver individualized education programs for children with special needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with our team of therapists, parents, and caregivers to ensure holistic progress across communication, cognitive, behavioral, and academic domains. Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to identify individual learning needs and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Implement structured, goal-oriented teaching strategies tailored to the child’s specific developmental and cognitive level. Use specialized teaching methods and adaptive educational materials. Collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and psychologists for integrated therapy plans. Provide guidance and support to parents regarding home-based strategies and follow-up. Maintain accurate documentation of progress, sessions, and reports. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for children. Participate in team meetings, parent reviews, and training sessions. Skills & Qualities Required: Knowledge of various disabilities including ASD, ADHD, learning disabilities, intellectual disability, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and strong observation skills. Ability to manage behavior issues positively. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
