We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Site Head to lead the sales operations at our residential/commercial real estate project site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales functions, leading the on-site team, driving revenue targets, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the entire site sales team to achieve booking and revenue targets.
* Oversee daily sales operations at the project site and ensure smooth functioning.
* Handle client walk-ins, presentations, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
* Coordinate with channel partners and brokers to generate leads and drive footfalls.
* Implement and monitor sales strategies to maximize conversions.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project details, pricing, offers, and competitors.
* Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales engagement.
* Maintain MIS reports, follow-up trackers, and provide regular updates to management.
* Coordinate with CRM, legal, marketing, and back-office teams for seamless processes.
* Provide training, motivation, and performance reviews for the sales team.

Key Requirements:
* Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
* Minimum 4+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably at a leadership level.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Well-versed with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
* Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
