In this role, you'll be instrumental in executing photo shoots, translating our brand's unique language into compelling imagery, and guiding our editors to achieve the perfect final output. What You'll Do: Concept & Execution: Collaborate with the creative team to understand shoot objectives and brand guidelines. You'll then independently execute styling for various shoots (e.g., product, e-commerce, lifestyle), ensuring all elements align with the established vision. Brand Language Champion: Immerse yourself in our brand's aesthetic, tone, and target audience. You'll be responsible for consistently reflecting this understanding in your styling choices, ensuring every image speaks our brand's story. Shoot Preparation: Assist with sourcing, organizing, and preparing props, wardrobe, and accessories for shoots. This includes keeping track of inventory and ensuring everything is ready on set. On-Set Styling: Be hands-on during shoots, adjusting styling elements, posing models (if applicable), and ensuring every detail is perfect to capture the best possible shots. Post-Production Guidance: Provide clear, concise, and actionable instructions to our editors regarding retouching, color correction, cropping, and overall final output. Your guidance will ensure the edited images perfectly align with the creative vision and brand standards. Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with current styling trends, competitor activities, and innovative visual approaches to continuously elevate our creative output. Team Collaboration: Work closely with photographers, art directors, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. What You'll Bring: 1-3 years of experience in styling for shoots, ideally in a commercial or editorial setting. A strong portfolio showcasing your styling skills and creative vision. Excellent understanding of brand aesthetics and the ability to translate conceptual ideas into tangible visual outputs. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, especially when providing feedback and instructions to editors. An organized and detail-oriented approach to your work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency with relevant styling tools and a basic understanding of photography principles. A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A degree or diploma in fashion, design, photography, or a related field is a plus.
