We're Hiring: Software Trainer (Full-Time)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Trainer to join our growing technical team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, possess strong subject knowledge, and be ready to mentor aspiring developers and tech professionals.

The candidate must be proficient in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python, Django, React, Node.js, ASP.NET, MERN Stack), and have experience with mobile development using Kotlin, as well as database management systems like MySQL and MS SQL Server. Exposure to modern technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) is a strong advantage. Familiarity with additional frameworks or languages like C, C++, Java, Laravel is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging classroom and online training sessions
• Create comprehensive training materials and project-based assignments
• Provide one-on-one doubt sessions and support to learners
• Keep training content updated as per industry trends and standards
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with the academic team for curriculum planning

Ideal Candidate Should Have:

• A degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• 3–5 years of teaching/training experience
• A student-friendly attitude and a passion for knowledge sharing
