Job Description

Role Overview

As a Customer Success Engineer, you are responsible for the health and real-world impact of our product from first installation through steady-state operations in customer sites (automotive manufacturing units). Embedded on-site, you monitor performance, resolve technical, issues, and champion user outcomes. Your goal is clear : ensure every system delivers measurable business value while building trust-based, long-term :
  • Act as the onsite technical contact point, from installation to ongoing operations
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues; escalate via structured reports to R&D.
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, from frontline workers to senior executives and management, becoming trusted advisors.
  • Capture field feedback and translate it into clear, actionable insights for the team
  • Maintain structured daily, weekly, and monthly field reports covering issues, work-arounds, and follow-ups.

Profile

  • Experience with Linux administration, Bash scripting, and docker containers.
  • Hands-on experience with networking such as IP networking (routing, DHCP, DNS), security, and real-time streaming protocols (WebRTC, RTSP)
  • Familiarity with hardware components such as IMU, cameras, microphones for necessary calibrations & troubleshooting
  • Comfortable understanding C++ and Python; able to write quick diagnostic scripts when needed.
  • Strong communications skills in English and Hindi : both written and spoken
  • Highly disciplined in documenting and reporting field work clearly and concisely
  • Willing and able to spend good amount of your time at customer sites in India
  • B.E & B.Tech from reputed institute
