About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Independently design, develop, and deploy AI-powered systems using Python.
• Take ownership of full project lifecycles-from prototyping to production deployment.
• Work on unstructured and semi-structured data problems including extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Build robust, scalable backend components integrating modern AI tools.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with an emphasis on reliability.
• Ensure timely delivery of features with minimal supervision.
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Proven proficiency in Python, especially in developing production-level systems.
• Solid understanding of AI and machine learning tools, including :
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks
• Vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and basic applied mathematics.
• Experience working with APIs, data pipelines, and task automation tools.
• Self-starter mindset: ability to take initiative, troubleshoot independently, and drive projects to completion without close supervision.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP) and deployment practices is a plus.
• This is an applied research role-it's about building real, working systems from scratch.
