Software Engineer - Java/React.js

Primary Responsibilities

• Hands-on development of robust, scalable applications using Core Java, J2EE, React, and AWS.
• Design and implement web services, REST APIs, and microservices architectures.
• Develop user interfaces using React and ensure seamless integration with backend services.
• Work on database design, administration, complex queries, and performance tuning.
• Implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment workflows.
• Optimize application performance, security, and maintainability.
• Conduct application testing, integration, and troubleshooting using best practices.
• Follow Agile methodologies and participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team collaboration.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, share knowledge, and promote engineering excellence.
  

Required Skills

• 5+ years of extensive hands-on development & implementation experience in Java (frontend and backend) technologies and frameworks.
• 4+ years of expert-level understanding of DevOps practices, including TDD and automated testing.
  

Strong Experience In

• Core Java, J2EE, and Web Services
• Core Design Patterns & J2EE Design Patterns
• Object-Oriented Design concepts
• Proficiency in React.js for modern front-end development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and tools.
• Expertise in SQL and database design, with performance tuning capabilities.
• Solid understanding of application security, integration, and error handling.
• Experience in Java application performance optimization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and modern DevOps workflows.
