Collaboration with team members to address challenges and improve processes will also be a key part of your role, fostering a dynamic and innovative work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application processes and updates. - Engage in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tableau. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights. - Experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports. - Familiarity with data blending and data preparation techniques. - Ability to work with large datasets and optimize performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Tableau. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
