About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly motivated Social Media Specialist to join our team at Interiocity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies, analyzing trends and performance, and increasing our online presence across all major platforms.

The right candidate should have a strong understanding of social media dynamics, market research, and content strategy, with a proven track record of creating high-performing content and campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to grow brand visibility, engagement, and reach across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Manage and optimize daily posting schedules, ensuring consistency in tone, branding, and message across all social channels.
• Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, content gaps, and opportunities.
• Perform content performance analysis using insights and analytics to refine strategy and improve audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to plan and create high-quality, relevant, and on-brand content (graphics, videos, reels, carousels, stories, etc.).
• Monitor social media activity, respond to comments/messages, and engage meaningfully with the audience to build community and loyalty.
• Plan and execute paid promotions and sponsored campaigns across social platforms, in coordination with the digital marketing team.
• Stay current on emerging trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices in social media.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and suggestions for improvement.
• Track and report KPIs such as follower growth, reach, impressions, engagement rate, click-through rate (CTR), and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience managing business social media accounts with measurable success.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms (e.g. Threads, X, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
• Strong skills in market research, trend analysis, and content evaluation.
• Ability to write engaging captions and content aligned with brand voice and target audience.
• Experience with basic graphic or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, etc.).
• A proactive mindset with excellent communication, creativity, and organization skills.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory):

• Experience working in B2B services, facility management, HVAC, or infrastructure sectors.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, etc.).
• Basic understanding of SEO in content strategy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
