Social Media Marketing Specialist

Role Overview: We’re looking for a creative and digitally-savvy Social Media Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content, trends, and community engagement—and know how to turn scrolls into sales! Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and execute social media calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Create and manage content (in coordination with the design and copy team) that aligns with brand voice and objectives Handle daily posting, community management, and DMs/comments Work with the team to develop campaign strategies and influencer collaborations Track analytics, prepare monthly performance reports, and suggest optimizations Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes Manage ad campaigns (boosting, targeting, and insights) Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, etc. Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills Understanding of performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) Creative mindset with strong attention to detail A pulse on pop culture, social trends, and brand tone adaptability Show more Show less
