Job Description

we are looking for a results-driven telecaller to actively seek out and engage prospective customers by phone. The telecaller will be responsible for generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers using a prepared script.
Understand customer needs and requirements to offer solutions.
Provide information about products or services and present benefits.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
Ability to work independently or as an active team member.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in sales or telemarketing.
