Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media Manager with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and client servicing—preferably in an agency setting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the online presence of multiple brands, building and managing client relationships, and leading creative social strategies from pitch to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy:
  • Develop and implement tailored social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Content Planning & Writing:
  • Lead content ideation and creation—write compelling, brand-aligned copy for posts, captions, blogs, and social campaigns.
  • Client Servicing:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients—manage expectations, gather briefs, present strategies, and ensure timely delivery of social content.
  • Pitch Proposals:
  • Create and present new business pitch decks and campaign proposals to potential and existing clients, showcasing creative strategy and ROI potential.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, derive insights, and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
  • Work closely with internal design, video, and media teams to ensure content aligns with client objectives and brand tone.
  • Trend Monitoring:
  • Stay updated with platform updates, social media trends, and best practices to keep campaigns innovative and effective.

Key Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably at a digital or creative agency
  • Strong background in client servicing with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Demonstrated experience in content writing for various industries and platforms
  • Skilled in creating pitch presentations and campaign proposals
  • Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with paid media teams
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and community management
  • Graphic design or video editing skills
