Role Overview:

We are seeking a Social Media Manager who can take complete ownership of client accounts, build and execute effective social media strategies, manage content planning, maintain client relationships, and contribute towards organic business growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

This is a client-facing and growth-focused role — requiring a balance of strategic thinking, content understanding, account management, and business acumen.

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years of agency-side experience in social media management.
• Experience managing multiple brands across industries.
• Strong understanding of major platforms — Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube.
• Hands-on experience in building strategies, content calendars, and actionable content plans.
• Excellent client management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify upsell opportunities and drive incremental business from existing clients.
• Familiarity with paid media, influencer marketing, performance campaigns, and social media tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Business-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving skills.
