Job Summary

Are you passionate about crafting compelling content and building strong brand identities online? A fast-growing digital agency based in Chennai is looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes social trends and knows how to drive real engagement.

This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in managing social media for brands across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars
• Write creative and attention-grabbing captions and copies
• Collaborate with internal teams including design, content, and performance marketing
• Track performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports with insights and recommendations
• Stay updated with the latest platform algorithms, social trends, reels, memes, and digital news
• Coordinate with clients or internal stakeholders for feedback and approvals

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in managing social media for brands
• Proficient in tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, community management, and performance analytics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
• Bonus: Familiarity with SEO, paid ads, or influencer marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
