Social Media Manager – Job Description

Overview:
Magaj Inc. is looking for a proactive Social Media Manager to build and execute engaging social strategies, create on-brand posts, and foster vibrant online communities for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Planning: Develop platform-specific social calendars aligned with client objectives (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok).
• Content Creation: Design and write compelling captions, visuals, and short-form videos; coordinate with designers and copywriters.
• Community Engagement: Monitor comments and messages, respond promptly, and cultivate audience relationships.
• Analytics & Optimization: Track metrics (reach, engagement, growth); generate brief reports and recommend improvements.
• Client Coordination: Act as the primary contact—collect briefs, present social plans, incorporate feedback, and keep clients updated.

Requirements:

• 2+ years managing social media for brands or agencies.
• Strong copywriting and visual sensibility for social platforms.
• Hands-on experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics dashboards.
• Excellent communication and project-management skills.
• Up-to-date on social trends, platform algorithms, and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
