Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and result-driven Social Media Management to lead our online presence, run effective digital campaigns, and drive qualified leads. The ideal candidate will manage social media channels, execute digital marketing strategies, and implement lead generation techniques to support sales and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
• Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.)
• Monitor analytics and optimize performance (reach, engagement, followers)
• Collaborate with design and content teams for branding consistency
• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
• Manage SEO and SEM efforts to improve web visibility and traffic
• Track and analyze key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics
• Run targeted lead generation campaigns via landing pages, ads, and lead magnets
• Optimize funnels and CTAs to convert traffic into leads
• Collaborate with sales team to nurture leads into conversions
• Track ROI on each campaign and adjust strategy accordingly

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
• Proven experience in social media, digital marketing, and lead generation
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, and analytics tools
• Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, hashtags, and digital trends
• Familiarity with CRM and email automation tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

• Increase in social media engagement and followers
• Lead generation cost and conversion rate
• Website traffic from campaigns
• ROI from paid ad campaigns

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
