Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals. Identify and leverage trends, viral content, and emerging platforms . Create editorial calendars to ensure consistent and engaging content. Content Creation & Management Produce high-quality and engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copy . Manage posting schedules and ensure content is optimized for each platform . Work with designers, copywriters, and videographers to create compelling storytelling. Community Management & Engagement Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster relationships . Build and engage with an online community through interactive content. Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors for partnerships and campaigns . Advertising & Growth Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Track ad performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Grow audience size through organic and paid strategies . Analytics & Reporting Monitor key metrics such as engagement, reach, traffic, and conversions . Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Hootsuite for performance analysis. Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with the marketing, PR, and content teams to align messaging. Partner with customer support to address inquiries and feedback.
