Key Responsibilities Create high-quality, curriculum-aligned content for Grades 1 to 5 in Environmental Studies, including: Thematic and integrated chapters blending science, social awareness, and sustainability Activity-based learning modules, observation tasks, and environmental exploration Grade-appropriate illustrations, infographics, and learning prompts Practice questions with answer keys and teacher guidance Develop supplementary materials including worksheets, lesson plans, assessment tasks, and teacher handbooks Ensure content is in line with NEP 2020 and NCF 2023 learning outcomes and pedagogical shifts Incorporate experiential learning strategies, values education, and real-world connections Collaborate with illustrators, designers, and reviewers for layout and final content delivery Support the integration of digital content and resources to enhance classroom implementation Participate in internal quality reviews and contribute to ongoing process improvements Required Qualifications and Skil lsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Environmental Studies, Education, or related disciplines (Science, Geography, Social Scienc e)2–5 years of teaching experience or content development in the early or primary school segme ntStrong understanding of interdisciplinary approaches and child-centric pedago gyExcellent academic writing and visualization skil lsFamiliarity with curriculum frameworks like CBSE, ICSE, and State Boar dsBasic proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office and ability to collaborate across tea msExperience with digital or AI-supported tools is an added advanta ge Preferred Tr aitsPassion for nurturing curiosity and awareness in young lear nersAbility to design content that promotes sustainability, critical thinking, and emp athyCreative thinking and a solution-driven min dsetTeam player with a proactive and accountable work et hics Show more Show less
