Job description: Require minimum of 7-8 years experience in Software Testing (Manual Testing preferable) Require minimum of 5-6 years’ experience in Banking domain (US Commercial Banking preferable) (do not require experience in Trade Finance, Credit Unions, Shares, Mutual Funds, etc.) Preferable to have at least 1 year experience in Payments domain Should have experience leading the team Ability to work company leadership to identify upcoming areas and trends within the domain In-depth knowledge of SDLC and STLC phases and testing methodologies and processes Experience in Test Planning, Test Strategy, Estimations, Test Scheduling and Test Closures Extensive Experience in using different Test Case Design techniques (Equivalence Class Partitioning, Boundary Value Analysis, Decision Tables, State Transition, etc.), Test Case Writing and Test Case Execution Good review skills with an eye for detail and accuracy Good Analytical reasoning Ability to take ownership to identify and resolve issues, towards successful conclusions Excellent written and oral communication skills for technical and non-technical topics. Proactiveness and ability to work independently and within a team. Ability to mentor and guide junior team members Should possess good co-ordination, inter-personal communication, and thought-leadership skills Ability to interact with clients and manage client expectations Strong and professional work ethics and time management skills to deliver results and meet challenging deadlines
