Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Skill Trainer and Consultant based in Pune. The Skill Trainer and Consultant will be responsible for conducting corporate training sessions, providing business consultations, developing tailored training programs, facilitating workshops, and supporting business owners in overcoming operational challenges. Daily tasks include delivering presentations, conducting life skills and soft skills training, and evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Training & Development and Sales Skills coaching
• Strong Communication and Soft Skills
• Ability to understand the small business challenges and derive solutions for growth.
• Design and tailor training programs for varied business needs
• Proven consulting experience in business growth and development
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi and travel as required
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
