Site Engineer – Civil Finishing Works Location: PAN India (project-based) Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Experience: 3–5 Years in Interior/Civil Finishing Projects Key Responsibilities Prepare construction schedules, track project timelines, and estimate cost using engineering tools and software. Conduct site surveys, investigations, and feasibility checks prior to execution. Coordinate daily with site supervisors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality execution of civil finishing works. Manage project documentation including material submittals, ITPs, MTPs, NCR resolutions, and progress reports. Oversee day-to-day on-site operations and ensure adherence to engineering specifications and safety standards. Maintain quality control at every stage of execution and report deviations to Project Managers. Monitor material consumption and raise requirements proactively based on planned progress. Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and statutory regulations on-site. Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to align project deliverables with expectations. Support project managers in construction-phase engineering and post-completion documentation. Requirements 3–5 years of site-level experience in civil/interior finishing works. Should have handled large-scale projects (minimum ~3 lakh sq.ft built-up area). Sound knowledge of civil finishing details, material standards, and project engineering workflows. Experience with quality documentation: ITP, MTP, NCR, WIR, MIR, etc. Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration. Ability to work on PAN India projects with flexibility for travel and extended deployment. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. Why Join Us?
