Role Overview:

ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM and custom apps
Develop and maintain ServiceNow
integrations
using REST, SOAP, and MID server
Create and manage flows using
Flow Designer
Customize and enhance the
Service Portal
to improve user experience
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Support upgrades, patching, and overall platform stability
Perform unit testing and support UAT for developed modules
Maintain documentation and ensure code quality and performance

Must-Have Skills:

Strong experience with
ServiceNow ITSM module
Hands-on experience with
ServiceNow Integrations (REST, SOAP)
Experience building
Custom Applications
in ServiceNow
Proficient with
Flow Designer
Experience with
Service Portal development
Good understanding of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow best practices

Good to Have:

Knowledge of CMDB, CSM, or HRSD modules
ServiceNow CSA/Developer certification
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
