What we are looking for

Role: ServiceNow Admin

Experience Range: 4 - 7 years

Location: Chennai , Bangalore

Interview Mode: Friday Virtual Drive

Must Have:

  • 4+ years’ administration experience on ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience in integrating ServiceNow with internal & third-party tools.
  • Knowledge of LDAP directories, such as: Active Directory, eDirectory, OpenLDAP.
  • Knowledge of disciplined software release build/deploy processes.
  • ServiceNow Systems Administrator Certification

Good to Have:

  • Demonstrates sound working knowledge of ServiceNow’s core architecture.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational support issues, administration & maintenance of ServiceNow platform used by multiple departments within the organization.
  • Responsible for standard configuration, user administration, security, workflow, data management and integrations.

Essential:

  • Develops system integrations and processes automation using ServiceNow Orchestration.
  • Implements new ServiceNow applications & modules based on business requirements.
  • Configuration of the ServiceNow system, including creating workflows, business rules, UI actions/pages/policies, security (ACLs), etc.
  • Personalize and create forms and fields, create new applications, modules, and tables.
  • Implement custom scripting.
  • Build third party software integrations.
  • Performs system and integration testing with sample and live data.
  • Manages ServiceNow code deployment to different tiers.

Minimum Qualification:

•15 years of full-time education

•Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
