Service Executive

We are hiring a Service Executive to support our operations across Bengal, Eastern India, and the North East. This is a field-intensive role requiring frequent travel for service, delivery, and client visits. Ideal candidates must be technically qualified, self-motivated, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Support:
• Address and resolve customer service needs, ensuring timely responses and satisfaction.
• Product Demonstrations:

Conduct onsite demonstrations of machines and tools to customers and prospects.

• Delivery & Pickup:

Handle logistics including delivery and collection of machines, tools, and spares from client locations.Travel to customer sites across Bengal, Eastern India, and North East to promote our product range including machines, spare parts, and accessories.Coordinate with our Sales Team at Dalhousie (Building Material sector) to support lead generation, product awareness, and service readiness.Maintain service reports, documentation, and ensure proper coordination between internal teams.Maintain clear communication with team members, reporting updates and issues proactively.Travel Requirements

• Extensive travel required across Bengal, Eastern India & North East
• No fixed travel allowance; however, all business-related expenses are reimbursed as per company policy

Candidate Profile

• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Basic mechanical/electrical servicing knowledge
• Comfortable with field work and extensive travel
• Strong communication, customer handling, and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, punctual, and well-organized
