Service Engineer

Position :-Service Engineer Location :- Rudrapur (Uttarakhand) Edu Qualification:-diploma/ITI in industrial Engg/electrical/mechanical Experience:-2-3 years On-site maintenance and repairs: Performing preventative maintenance checks, identifying and resolving equipment malfunctions, conducting repairs, and calibrating systems. Troubleshooting: Diagnosing complex technical issues, analyzing error codes, and identifying root causes of equipment problems. Customer interaction: Interacting with clients to understand their needs, addressing technical queries, providing training on equipment operation, and managing customer expectations. Installation and configuration: Setting up new equipment, configuring settings, and ensuring proper functionality at customer sites. Reporting and documentation: Maintaining detailed service records, documenting repairs and maintenance activities, and generating reports for internal and customer use. Technical expertise: Staying updated on the latest technology and product advancements, understanding technical specifications, and applying knowledge to resolve complex issues. Depending on the industry and company, a Service Engineer may also be responsible for: Parts management: Ordering and managing spare parts inventory to ensure timely repairs Quality control: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during service activities Project management: Coordinating service projects, assigning tasks to technicians, and managing timelines Technical support: Providing remote troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone or email New product implementation: Supporting the launch of new products by providing technical expertise and training to customers Skills and qualifications for a Service Engineer: Strong technical background in engineering or related field Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and customer service abilities Mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings Proficiency with computer systems and software applications Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel to customer sites Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
