SEO Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to lead and execute our search engine optimization strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and driving growth through data-driven SEO practices. This role requires a deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search performance across multiple platforms.
• Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
• Optimize website content, metadata, headings, and internal linking for on-page SEO.
• Collaborate with content creators and developers to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
• Manage technical SEO aspects including site speed, crawlability, indexation, mobile optimization, and schema markup.
• Conduct regular SEO audits and monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Build and execute link-building strategies and outreach campaigns.
• Stay up to date with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends.
• Create detailed SEO reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SEO Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role.
• Deep knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture.
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Magento.
• Ability to perform technical audits and implement recommendations.
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with local SEO, eCommerce SEO, or international SEO.
• Knowledge of content marketing, PPC, or social media integration.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks and their SEO implications.
• Google Certifications (Google Analytics, SEO, or Ads) are a plus.
