We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Professional to lead Chrysalis technology vision, strategy, and execution. This role spans across people, processes, and product, and requires a leader who can work closely with the senior leadership team, including the Managing Director, to drive innovation and operational excellence in the Learning & Development space.
o Understand business strategy and nuances of business operations.
o Define and execute an IT strategy aligned with business goals.
o Collaborate with senior leadership and participate in operations meetings.
o Lead digital transformation initiatives and introduce emerging technologies (AI Tools) relevant to L&D. (Must)
o Implement and optimize IT processes using Agile and Lean methodologies.
o Manage service partner relationships effectively.
o Manage, nurture and build a team that can grow with the growing needs of the company.
o Oversee application development and maintenance, including platforms built on Java, JavaScript, MongoDB, MySQL/PLSQL, AWS, Azure, Docker, and containers.
o Manage website maintenance and SEO initiatives; WordPress experience is a plus.
o Ensure smooth functioning of SharePoint and MS Dynamics platforms.
o Handle IT infrastructure, including internet, data, and call plans.
o Provide after-hours and weekend support for urgent IT issues.
o Manage IT risk, compliance, and security; knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks is a plus.
o Lead and guide project execution with strong project management skills.
o Manage IT budgets for at least the past 5 years.
o Ensure timely delivery and quality of technology projects.
o Engage with internal stakeholders to understand needs and deliver IT solutions.
o Ensure high levels of service delivery and satisfaction.
