Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Specialist - System Management with 7 to 12 years of experience to provide day-to-day support for Oracle TMS applications, manage and support the configuration and maintenance of Oracle TMS environments, and collaborate with business users to understand their requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle TMS components and architecture, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Roles and Responsibility

Provide daily support for Oracle TMS applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Manage and maintain Oracle TMS environments, ensuring optimal system performance.

Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.

Monitor systems, perform maintenance, and conduct performance tuning to ensure optimal performance.

Develop and maintain documentation for application support processes and procedures.

Assist in implementing new modules and upgrades to the Oracle TMS system.

Conduct user training sessions and create training materials as needed.

Work closely with the IT team to integrate Oracle TMS seamlessly with other systems.

Participate in on-call support rotations to address critical issues outside regular business hours.

Job

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting Oracle TMS applications.

Possess a strong understanding of Oracle TMS components and architecture.

Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Experience with SQL and related technologies is required.

Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices is beneficial.

Preferred skills include experience with Oracle TMS implementation and configuration, familiarity with supply chain and logistics processes, and certification in Oracle TMS or related technologies.
