Duties and Responsibilities: Continuously monitor enterprise systems, network operations, and application performance through advanced monitoring tools. Identify and respond to alerts in real time to prevent disruptions and ensure high system availability. Use ETL Integration Platforms (e.g., Azure Data Factory) and MDM Systems (Stibo STEP, Reltio) to oversee and optimize data flows across multiple systems. Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity by implementing robust monitoring processes for data pipelines. Diagnose and resolve technical issues within Databricks, Cosmos DB, and Azure Pipelines, ensuring minimal downtime. Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and engineering teams to resolve complex incidents and perform root cause analysis. Work closely with IT, data engineers, and business units to identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions. Communicate technical findings and remediation plans to non-technical partners effectively. Perform scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, and release deployments with minimal impact to operations. Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline monitoring and alerting processes, enhancing system reliability. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), configuration details, and incident resolution guides. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered. Collaboration with technical and support teams is essential to maintain correct relationships and implement event correlation effectively. In terms of integrations and support, you will work closely with various IS groups and project teams to implement system and application monitoring plans. Documentation creation for training support personnel, along with integrating different tools and scripts for monitoring systems, is part of your role. Your expertise in ITIL processes and reporting will be crucial for tracking system performance metrics, analyzing trends, and providing input for system optimization. You will also contribute to capacity planning, performance metric analysis, and event management documentation. Additionally, you will collaborate with ITIL process owners to integrate Event Management with Incident, Change & Problem management processes. With a focus on ServiceNow ITOM, your experience in delivering ITOM tools and processes, along with strong scripting skills and server administration knowledge, will be highly valuable. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields is required, along with 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM. Your primary skills should include hands-on experience with Discovery probes, Service Mapping configurations, and Event management rules, as well as MID server configuration expertise. Additional skills in designing integrations, improving Discovery performance, and building effective ServiceNow dashboards are desirable.
