Job Description

As a Solution Specialis t, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and providing architectural and coding guidance for our web development projects. Your expertise in AWS Cloud architecture will be essential in designing scalable and resilient web solutions Responsibilities: ● Lead and manage a team of web developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. ● Should possess knowledge in UX, UI, APIs, and AWS to collaborate with the team effectively and streamline work processes in a smart and efficient manner. ● Define the technical architecture and development roadmap for web projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. ● Design scalable, reliable, and high-performance web applications using best practices and industry standards. ● Collaborate with stakeholders, including project managers, designers, and business leaders, to gather requirements and translate them into architectural designs. ● Develop and implement AWS Cloud architecture solutions, leveraging cloud services and tools to ensure scalability, security, and cost-efficiency. ● Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate proposed solutions and provide recommendations. ● Drive the adoption of DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline development processes. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. ● Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. ● Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and AWS Cloud services, and assess their applicability to our projects. ● C#, .Net Core, MVC, Entity Framework, LINQ, Sql server HTMl,Jquery, Bootstrap Qualifications: Requirements: Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
