Senior Software Engineer / Technical Architect

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Technical Architect – B2C Platform to join our Product Engineering team at Thane (Maharashtra – India). The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in building high-scale consumer-facing platforms with a strong foundation in backend architecture and engineering execution. This role demands a product mindset, technical depth, and the ability to ship fast in a collaborative, purpose-driven

environment.

Top 3 Daily Tasks:

● Architect and build scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and Python (FastAPI/Django).

● Lead key decisions on infrastructure, real-time data pipelines, LLM-integrated systems, and platform observability.

● Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and infrastructure teams to ship user-first features at scale.

Requirements

● 5+ years of backend development experience with a strong foundation in scalable system design and cloud-native infrastructure.

● Must have experience working with big brands and with good experience in AI.

Java, Python

● Proven expertise in building scalable microservices, streaming pipelines, and event-driven systems.

Redis

RAG

● Solid system design capabilities, with the ability to lead architecture reviews and mentor junior developers.

* Full-Stack Awareness:

● Comfort with front-end tools like ReactJS for building internal dashboards or quick user-facing utilities.

● Understanding of modern DevOps practices, containerization, and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and OTEL.

Nice to have

● Experience working with Agentic systems, real-time infra, or AI-driven product features.

● Prior involvement in building high-performance consumer products from scratch.
