Job Description

Service Delivery Manager ( IT Infrastructure/ITES Project Manager ) (Individual contributor, having proven track record to demonstrate minimal 2-3 years of experience handling similar role in global ITES company.) Key Responsibilities: Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of services, ensuring they meet or exceed customer expectations and contractual obligations. Team Leadership: Lead and manage service delivery teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve goals. Performance Management: Monitor service performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance quality and efficiency. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring satisfaction. Budget Management: Manage service delivery budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately and costs are controlled. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness. Problem Solving: Address and resolve service delivery issues promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to clients. Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns. KPI Tracking: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor service delivery performance and identify areas for improvement. Continuous Service Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement, constantly seeking ways to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction Education : Graduation or 3 years Diploma in Computer Science. ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification. PMP/Prince2 certified is a plus. NOTE : Candidate having more than 40–60-day notice period should be avoided. Show more Show less
