Senior SEO Expert

We are seeking a skilled Senior SEO Expert to lead strategy and execution across a variety of client campaigns. You will be responsible for driving organic traffic growth through advanced SEO techniques, client communication, lead conversion, and cross-team collaboration. This role demands both technical SEO knowledge and the ability to build strong, trust-based client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Conduct keyword research to guide content strategy and identify growth opportunities. Develop and execute customized on-page and off-page SEO strategies for diverse industries. Optimize websites for technical SEO factors, including site speed, schema markup, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability . Build and execute backlink acquisition strategies using white-hat techniques. Stay updated on Google algorithm updates, SEO tools, and industry trends . Lead client calls to present strategies, performance updates, and optimization plans. Convert leads into paying clients by demonstrating clear value and expected ROI. Build long-term client relationships to support retention and potential upsells. Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, SEMrush, or similar. Benchmark against competitors and identify opportunities for growth. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience , ideally in an agency or multi-brand setting. Proven success in driving organic traffic and search rankings. Expertise in on-page SEO (HTML, metadata, site speed) and Solid off-page SEO skills (link building, outreach). Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Strong expertise in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Ubersuggest, etc.). Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environment.
