Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Burdwan for a Senior Sales Manager at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, monitoring market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. The Senior Sales Manager will also provide training and support to the sales team, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Proficiency in market analysis and identifying business opportunities
• Ability to mentor, train, and motivate the sales team
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
